LCAD also houses the Nebraska Department of Education’s Safe and Drug Free Schools’ Resource Library.

LCAD houses Nebraska Department of Education’s Safe and Drug Free Schools’ resource library for the eastern portion of Nebraska. We provide support and resources to schools as they implement alcohol, tobacco, drug and violence programs. School districts, Education Service Units and Consortia are welcome to check out materials which are available at no charge. Materials on the NDE list fall under the following categories: Bullying, Crisis Response, Positive Behavioral Support, SDSF-Other, and Violence. See the full list by clicking here.
